We attended the new opening of the first Kensington office in Andalusia
The luxury real estate company Kensington Finest Properties International lands in Andalusia with an office in Malaga, directed by Carolina Pallarés, managing partner of the project, and Otero wanted to be there.
The company, which has been selling properties worth more than one million euros for more than two decades, has been growing since 2011 through the granting of franchise licences. Cerrado de Calderón is the place chosen to open this new office, the fourth in Spain and the second on the peninsula, as they are now present in Madrid, Mallorca and Ibiza. Kensington’s objective in Spain is to become one of the market leaders in mainland Spain. On the peninsula, Kensington works in Andalusia, Madrid and Barcelona, and has been in the Balearic Islands for a long time. Hotel investors in Mallorca, who are rooted there, seek investment on the Costa del Sol.
We are very connected with our colleagues, we collaborate a lot at the franchise level and we share clients. The foreign client is looking for a Costa del Sol destination, it depends a lot on their needs, they may want to settle in Marbella but maybe they will end up in Manilva or Sotogrande.
